"BOOBAH"
"TV Special Features Local Artists"
Memphis art and artists are highlighted on BOOBA, a locally produced 30 minute program that will air at 10 p.m. Sunday on WPTY-TV Channel 24. In addition to music videos from local artists, Sunday's show features producer-musician Jim Dickinson talking about music and the Memphis music scene, John Michael McCarthy discussing sexploitation filmmaking and his new film Teenage Tupelo, and tattoo artist Ben Wallenborn.

BASEMENT TAPE
On the last day of the initial shoot, Margo Gone was in Paul Woodards basement at 906 Meda shooting TRASHUS TRAILERIS scenes with Harry Dach, and D'Lana Tunnell. Margo Gone had gotten tired of taking off her top and, though agreed to the idea earlier, wanted to have a debate with JMM as to why the Caveman scene needed topless nudity. This quizzical debate went on for over 30 minutes and was videotaped by Harry Dach. If I had lost power to create my cheapest special effect, at least I had lost it on the last day of the shoot. The two biggest points Margo made, I never got to see that afternoon. The tape has been lost. Harry couldn't find it. Probably at a thrift store on Summer Avenue.
