Howdy Rock & Roll, Burlesque, & Horror Host fans! Over 200 people caught the NEHILISTICS/REIGNING SOUND show at NOCTURNAL CLUB (formerly ANTENNA CLUB) on Saturday, March 27, 2010. The last time the NEHI'S played this stage, ex-FINGERS LIKE SATURN singer BETTY BUTCHER sang the honors but this time the NEHI'S settled into an eight song set fronted by former ex-FLS THIN WHITE TRASH. Some old FLS songs were re-invented, but new ones were added: NEXT TIME, DESENSITIZED, and an inspired cover of WATCH THAT MAN, in which the cantilevered and defanged BRIDES OF SIVAD (MEMPHIS BELLES: GLORIA DODDS & CAITY LUMAN) were paraded on stage to do Watusi moves and the whole gang wore black capes in honor of Memphis Horror Host SIVAD.

Femme Fotographer KELLY COX snapped these images and documentary moviemaker from Murfreesboro MIKE DOBRZELECKI came down to record the whole Mayor-approved four-day event. His footage of several performances grace this page elsewhere. Look for his documentary TENNESSEE HORROR SHOW soon!

Guerrilla Monster web designer RONNIE HARRIS designed the two color silk screen poster and silk screen artist JAY CRUM printed up a rare 39 print run which were given out to sponsors of the SIVADS OF MARCH.

Note the video for GREG CARTWRIGHT from REIGNING SOUND receiving an award called BEST USE OF SIVAD IN A ROCK AND ROLL CATEGORY! Their newest record is called LOVE & CURSES (an old Sivad motto) and features photos of your Monster of Ceremonies, SIVAD!
